Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00. This ensures a peaceful experience for all guests and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Pool maintenance and cleaning
The pool is maintained twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, either between 8:30-9:30 or between 18:00 and 20:00. This roughly takes 30 minutes, at which times swimming is not possible. If this schedule does not suit you, please let us know.
Conserve Resources
Corfu's freshwater supply is precious. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and taps when not in use. Your mindfulness is deeply appreciated.
Keep the gate closed
Please keep the gate closed at all times, this is to prevent the roaming sheep and goats to enter the property. If they do enter, they can gently be pursuaded to go back out.
Report Damage
Accidents happen. Please inform the host immediately of any damage or breakage so we can arrange a swift resolution and ensure the villa is perfect for you.
By checking in, all guests confirm their agreement to these guidelines.

Corfu Recommendations
Beyond the villa's terrace lies an island of extraordinary beauty. These are our personal recommendations — places and experiences we return to again and again.
Kontogiolos Beach
15 min drive
A west-coast beach of fine golden sand, with calm, crystal-clear water ideal for snorkelling. Quieter than neighbouring Glyfada beach and well worth the visit.
Glyfada Beach
15 min drive
One of Corfu's most celebrated beaches, offering golden sands, clear waters, and excellent watersport facilities.
Paleokastritsa
25 min drive
A breathtaking series of turquoise coves and dramatic limestone cliffs — widely considered the jewel of Corfu.
Barbati Beach
30 min drive
One of the most beautiful and popular pebble beaches on the northeast coast of the Greek island of Corfu. It lies right at the foot of Mount Pantokrator, and is famous for its crystal-clear water and stunning green mountain backdrop.

The villa is approximately 20 minutes by car and taxis are readily available at the airport. We do recommend hiring a car, the villa is centrally located in a small town. There are a lot of things to do within a 30 minutes drive. The island's beauty is best explored at your own pace.

The villa is warmly welcoming to families. Please note that the pool area is open and unfenced, so children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Absolutely no walking on the infinity part of the pool because of falling danger.
We advice against drinking the tap water and only drink bottled water. The local water is highly mineralized and hard. While safe, the unconventional taste and mineral load frequently cause stomach upset for visitors. The minerals can also leave calcium stains on the dishes after using the dishwasher, this is not harmful. To prevent this, rinse the cutlery and dishes well before putting them in the dishwasher.
Yes, high-speed fibre broadband WiFi is available throughout all indoor spaces, details will be provided before check-in day
Yes. All beds are made up with linens, and bathroom towels are provided for all guests. Pool towels are also available. Caring for the environment, we provide one set of towels per person (plus pool towels). However the guests are free to drop them in the washing machine during their stay.
All bedrooms and the main living area are equipped with individual air conditioning units. We ask that you keep windows and doors closed while air conditioning is running, and switch units off when leaving a room.
Yes — the main terrace has a shaded dining area with a gas barbecue.
Please make sure that before use you open the main valve for the gas (in the cupboard below the barbecue) and close it after use
Mosquitoes are common in Corfu due to the island's lush greenery and humidity. They are most active at dusk and near stagnant water. Pack a high-DEET repellent, use plug-in vaporizers in your room. We provide plug-in vaporizers (including tablets), which are in the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom. Our advice is to replace the tablets and plug in the vaporizers starting dusk, keep the windows closed for the vaporizers to be effective. Next to that it is always best to keep the insect screens closed at all times, especially in the evening.
There are 2 bins at the back of the house. You can deposit the bags in there. On the way towards Aqualand there are big bins next to the road. To prevent insects and smells we advice you to deposit your bags in the roadside bins.
No, during visits the camera is turned off. The camera is there for security reasons for when the property is not rented out.
